I will call it substacky because I like naming things ,I am my fathers daughter and like him I’ll ALWAYS rename something I love

I’ve always enjoyed writing.I have a plethora of journals, my journals have always been a place where being the full totality of me is accepted. I can’t hide there and I choose not to
TRUE expression isn’t always allowed people often times try to dim that, shoot our own thoughts will even deny us of that. One thing I always saw when growing up was my mom meticulously writing in her journals. It was her one space to BE and I feel grateful she had that space
I am grateful the practice of writing was mirrored to me
I am grateful for pen and paper
I am grateful for the courage to share with you all
So welcome to my Public Word VOMIT…I wonder if there is another phrase for that vomit doesn’t sound too appealing but getting something out of your body that doesn’t belong or needs to be cleared out sounds great to me and I am currently in my clearing things out era, so I’ll stick with it.
Prepared to read all things about my recent diagnosis of endometriosis, pro track athlete being a woman, black woman, impending last year of 20s, ADHD ,skin issues,

low iron girly, relationships plus all the -isms all the labels that you see, some you don’t see.
Thank you taking the time to share in my expression and I hope the words you read invoke real BEING
real QUIRKNESS
real JOY
real SPACE
real GRIEF
real STRUGGLES
&& in the word of the good ol Saint Mary J Blige “ real LOVE I’m searching for a real love”
I hope these words give you that real LOVE
Thank you for sharing with us Britt!
